- I am homeless.
- I live in an overcrowded place.
- I live in a substandard home.

I have the ability to repay the loan.
- I pay my rent and other bills on time.
- I have been employed for at least 12 months.
- OR I receive disability.
- I have not filed for bankruptcy in the last 2 years.
- I do not have expensive debt.

I am willing to partner with Habitat for Humanity.
- I will partner in a positive manner with Habitat until the house is paid in full.
- I will work my sweat equity according to Habitat's current policy.
- I will attend all required classes and meetings.
- I will pay my house payment; insurance and tax payment, in full, on the first of every month.

I am (and co-applicant is) a citizen of the United States of America or a permanent resident.

I am married, divorced or single.
You must be able to provide the appropriate documentation.

No member of my family that will live in the house has been convicted of a felony.
